What’s included in the price?
Our rates are all-inclusive — no surprises later.
Included: Private car, professional driver (10 hours per day), fuel, unlimited mileage, and hotel pick-up/drop-off in popular areas.
Not included: Entrance tickets, meals, and personal expenses.
Do you offer half-day service?
We specialize in full-day trips (10 hours). Shorter trips are possible, but the rate will still apply as a full-day service.
I’m staying in a different area. Is that possible?
We provide pick-up and drop-off in Kuta, Seminyak, Ubud, Sanur, Nusa Dua, and Jimbaran.
If you’re staying outside these areas, just contact us for availability and any extra fee details.
What if I’m not satisfied?
We believe in flexible travel. If you decide to stop using our service, you can cancel the remaining days without extra charges.
How do I pay?
You can pay directly to the driver in Indonesian Rupiah. Payment is per day of service — no need to pay for multiple days upfront.
Can I choose my destinations?
Absolutely! You can follow our suggested itineraries, pick from our recommended spots, or design your own route with the driver.
Who will be my driver?
Your driver will be confirmed one day before your trip. All our drivers are experienced, trustworthy, and speak conversational English.
Can you pick me up at the airport?
Yes — if you book a full-day service starting on your arrival date.
If you need only a transfer from the airport, we recommend using an official airport taxi, then starting your Bali Flow Trip journey the next day.
